We're looking for an

Executive

Lawyer

with solid experience in the

real estate development sector

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding property development, corporate operations, and commercial contracts. You'll play a key advisory role, supporting management on all legal matters related to the company's projects, partnerships, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs. Handle legal aspects of real estate development projects and company operations. Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and authority requirements. Advise management on legal risks, obligations, and strategic solutions. Coordinate with external legal advisors, consultants, and government authorities. Support in dispute resolution, documentation, and corporate governance processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in real estate development or construction law within the UAE. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and property law. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work proactively and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
