Responsibilities: - Lead and manage complex legal matters, ensuring the highest standards of client service and legal expertise. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients. - Mentor and guide junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. - Conduct high-level negotiations, drafting and reviewing substantial legal documents, contracts, and agreements. - Stay updated on the latest legal developments and market trends to provide strategic insights to the firm and clients. - Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand the firm's client base and services. - Participate in strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall direction and success of the firm.



Requirements

Qualified lawyer with a recognized law degree and significant experience in a leading law firm setting. - Proven track record of success in relevant legal practice areas, such as corporate law, commercial law, or litigation. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior attorneys and cultivate talent. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and colleagues. - A client-focused mindset with a business acumen to identify opportunities and risks in legal matters. - Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. - Confident with their book of business and that he could be transferred over.
