\xc2\xb7 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding new joiners, form
filling & induction.
\xc2\xb7 Hiring of Mid-junior level employees- Job postings,
sourcing, screening, and scheduling/ coordinating for
the interviews with different stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with department managers to identify
and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and
hiring criteria.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR head
during the offer process, identifying and
recommending salary ranges, Band, Position
incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Manage Taleo & IT requests for new joiners.
\xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with payroll team for conversion,
salary advance, bank account & employee ID
creation.
\xc2\xb7 Implement new projects & streamlining the
recruitment process.
\xc2\xb7 Managing recruitment tracker & database
Publishing Weekly/Monthly HR & recruitment
reports. Analyzing HR data.
Creation of HR dashboards for both concept & retail
Working closely on various HR reports
