KE Worldwide Executive Human Resources Consultancies in conjunction with our associate client based in Oman is looking to recruit experienced, qualified Drilling Supervisors (DSV) (who are willing to relocate in Oman - for those who are in other GCC countries) REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of Drill Supervising.

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the execution of the operations carried out by Rig and WPH (Well Pulling Hoist) following the drilling and workover programs including but not limited to:

• Monitor and Audit HSE of contractors.
• Cement calculations and cement execution
• Supervise/monitor drilling activity, well control, running of casing,
• Movement of contractors from/to the site.
• Order materials from warehouse.
• Order for services from contractors, send callouts and direct communicate with contractors.
• Ensure implementation of all the Company policies and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental performance working site.
• Report of all well site activities ensuring they are transmitted as per Company requirements. Reporting daily operations in EDM and QC all reports.
• Monitor the operational and technical performance of wellsite contractor resources for surface and sub-surface activities.
• Ensure that the Rig/WPH keeps up to date with all reporting requirements (Daily reports, HSE reports, action point close out, completion reports, end of well, other records, etc.).
• Acceptance to work as per business needs in any drilling Rig as Day/Night Drilling Supervisor or work in Hoist as Day/Night hoist Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.50 - AED2.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
