About The Role

The Human Resources Executive, is responsible for providing secretarial support and co-ordination of all administrative and recruitment related issues in the department. You will be assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring colleagues\' personal files and documents are up to date and assisting with general HR processes.

About You

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 year administration experience and preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years\' hospitality experience within a 5* resort or hotel. You will also preferably have a Bachelor\'s degree in HR and be fully proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.

You will be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees\' needs, and be professional and well groomed. You will also have great organisation skills and excellent communication, both written and spoken.
