We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR/Admin (Fresher)
to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to start a career in Human Resources and Administration.
The selected candidate will support HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR filing system.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required.
Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and company events.
Handle general office administration and support management as needed.
Requirements
Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources (HR)
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
