Tonos Restaurant is a premium dining destination seeking an accomplished and visionary Head Greek Chef to lead our culinary operations. This role is designed for a senior professional with deep expertise in authentic Greek cuisine, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in menu creation, kitchen cost control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all kitchen operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and presentation Design, develop, and execute high-quality Greek menus that reflect authenticity and a premium dining experience Maintain full control of kitchen costs, including food cost optimization, inventory, wastage, and portion control Recruit, train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to build a disciplined and high-performing team Establish and enforce standard recipes, preparation methods, and kitchen procedures Oversee purchasing and supplier relationships to ensure top-quality ingredients at competitive pricing Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP) Collaborate closely with management to achieve operational efficiency and profitability
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Greek Chef in a premium or fine-dining restaurant Exceptional knowledge of traditional and modern Greek cuisine Strong background in menu engineering and cost control Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards Professional working proficiency in English
