Position Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a talented sales executive within the AEC, GIS, BIM & utilities segments. This is a project sale, where the successful applicant will be responsible for new business generation. Reporting to the CTO, you will be a sales leader that can sell services and solutions to the AEC, GIS, BIM, and utilities areas. Responsibilities Business Development \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for new business generation through engineering services & solutions to the AEC, GIS, BIM and utilities companies & government. Develop a sales strategy together with the technology team and lead with a growth mind-set. Generation of new business. Establish and maintain contact with new and existing clients/partners on a regular basis so as to maximise sales and profit opportunities Maintain relationships with existing clients/partners and secure new business from organisations within AEC, GIS, BIM and utilities companies & government, Industries, transport and telecommunications. Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
Knowledge of GIS, BIM and Utilities
Expert knowledge in solution-based selling
Consultative approach to selling
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Technology savvy and the ability to identify market trends and stay ahead of emerging business trends.
Must be able to thrive under high pressure and consistently deliver results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to take the initiative, prioritize, manage time effectively, professionalism, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills
Driving licence is must
