Responsibilities: Possess a valid driver\'s license, enabling legal operation of the designated vehicle. Maintain a clean driving record, free from major traffic violations or accidents. Prior experience as a professional driver, especially in an executive or chauffeur role, is highly desired. Familiarity with driving in urban areas and highways is advantageous. Exhibit a high level of professionalism at all times, as the driver will be representing the director during meetings and site visits. Demonstrate punctuality by adhering to a schedule, ensuring the director arrives at meetings and site visits on time. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion, as the driver may have access to sensitive information discussed during meetings. Possess good communication skills for effective coordination with the director and other personnel, accurately following instructions and promptly communicating any changes or updates. Display excellent navigation skills with knowledge of local areas, major roads, landmarks, and alternate routes. Proficiency in using navigation tools and apps is beneficial. Prioritize safety by adhering to traffic laws and regulations, having a solid understanding of defensive driving techniques, and maintaining the vehicle in a safe and clean condition. Exhibit flexibility with the ability to adapt to non-traditional working hours or weekends, as meetings and site visits may require travel during these times. Maintain physical stamina and the ability to remain focused and alert during extended periods of driving. Possess good interpersonal skills, interacting politely and professionally with the director, colleagues, clients, and individuals encountered during travel. Proficiency in English and Hindi is desirable. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including managing travel itineraries and ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, fueled, and prepared for use. Adhere to a specific dress code, maintaining a professional appearance while representing the director during meetings and site visits.
