Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute real estate finance transactions for a diversified client base across multiple regions
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with banks, investors, and real estate professionals to identify new opportunities
• Act as a center of excellence for real estate financing, promoting innovative structuring and solution-driven execution
• Provide senior leadership input into client strategy, product development, and market expansion initiatives
• Support and develop real estate finance team talent through mentoring and international exposure
• Collaborate closely with coverage, product, and risk teams to activate and execute deal opportunities
• Review and optimize the existing commercial real estate loan portfolio through refinancing and restructuring
• Secure and grow existing loan relationships while supporting new business initiatives
• Contribute to building a scalable platform for regional and international real estate finance growth
• Partner with internal and external market leaders to enhance the bank's international transaction profile

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate finance or lending within a banking environment
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, financing structures, and syndicated loan frameworks
• In-depth understanding of international real estate debt markets and credit structures
• Proven expertise in credit analysis, deal structuring, and LMA documentation
• Strong negotiation skills with sound commercial judgment
• Ability to interpret financial statements and complex financing models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Capacity to manage multiple transactions under pressure and shifting priorities
