We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director - Project Delivery to oversee the successful execution and timely completion of our portfolio of mega projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project and construction management, with extensive experience working with main contractors on large-scale developments in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the delivery of multiple mega projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.Project Management: Lead a team of project managers and construction professionals to effectively manage all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, contractors, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on timelines, costs, and quality.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while optimizing cost-effectiveness and productivity.Performance Monitoring: Implement systems and processes to monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to high-quality standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities in project management and construction execution.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes, systems, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall project outcomes.Budget Control: Oversee project budgets and expenditures, monitoring costs against forecasts and making recommendations for cost-saving measures where necessary.

Profile
achelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in project and construction management, with a focus on large-scale developments in the Middle East, preferably in the UAE.Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-billion-dollar projects within budget and schedule constraints.Extensive experience working with main contractors in executive-level roles such as Project Director, Operations Manager/Director, or COO.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, construction techniques, and industry best practices.Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards governing construction and real estate development in the UAE.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
