Job Purpose: * Take ownership and responsibilities for the development of assigned products withing the Securities Services business.
Product focus of Custody, Fund Admin, Transfer Agency and Performance Measurement products.
Engage prospects in coordination with the Client Management Team to grow the business
Seek opportunities to increase product base and enhance revenue, whilst focused on cost optimization
Work with Operations and ITD to embed new products and maintain support existing services as a technical SME
Develop the Securities Product offering, and keep track on product effectiveness and return on investment

Key Accountabilities:
The job holder will undertake full responsibility of the P&L for assigned Products / Countries
The incumbent is required to have a detailed knowledge of the Securities Services business and an ability to use this knowledge to add incremental revenue.
The focus of the role is on enhancement of existing product suite, and implementation of new products across the region.
Participate in industry discussions with market infrastructure providers with a focus on Product and Operations efficiency.
Specific Accountability:
Product owner and SME for Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Performance Measurement services in addition to other assigned products.
Guide Operations to the highest standards based on strong technical knowledge of local post-trade regulations and practices to structure
Maintain an in-depth understanding of local industry developments, ensuring the local business adapts to comply with changing regulation and client demand, in conjunction with the Product Development team
Maintain strong relationships with the local securities depositary, exchange and regulators and lobby for change to increase efficiency of the local market.
Work closely with the Client Management Team, based in the UAE to develop Direct Custody & Clearing opportunities with key Global Custodian & Broker Dealer prospective clients.
Oversee and coordinate the local operational services with the Group Operations Hub based in Abu Dhabi & Egypt to ensure optimal operating model. Ensure SLA\'s are in place and are adhered to through administration of KPIs.
Handle Product responses for RFI/ RFPs
Keep abreast of local regulatory changes that impact the Fund Administration service, in addition to Direct Custody & Clearing.
Owner of assigned Product Programs, including managing updates, governance, and Operational Risk matters.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree in finance / Business or related discipline. MBA and/or professional qualifications.
Minimum Experience:
12+ years\'secrutities services experience in the banking sector with at least 7 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the senior function;
Strategic thinker and agent for change;
Industrial sector expertise is essential;
Sound knowledge of compliance, legal/regulatory environments;
Proven track record of delivery against financial objectives;
Experience in building and managing teams of senior executives and executing against agreed blue-print;
Strong influencing and coaching skills;
Good interpersonal, motivation, resource management & marketing-orientated skills;
Experience of handling large size corporate accounts and winning new mandates with them;
