Responsible for implementing the Product and Business initiatives with the focus of building the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes. The role will be responsible for liaising with FABS Sales Team to obtain product market share by working with CEO FAB Securities to develop product sales strategies. The individual should exhibit a high degree of knowledge trading securities , the process, the products, counterparties & SOP\'s whilst at the same time working closely with key staff in a constructive team environment.
The role will be a key point of contact in establishing new Products & updating changes to the existing product programs. The role will also assess the market competition by comparing the companies products to the competitors products.
He/she will be responsible for Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales.
Determines customers\' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
Establish and track metrics that analyse the performance of our trading systems, and use this data to inform the product strategy
Working cross-functionally with Trading team and IT to enhance the order management system that help improve the speed of execution, allowing clients to send receive filled orders faster.
Work on the online international trading platform requirements & build the SOP to integrate with the core Trading system and the banks core banking system
Define and put the product program for the different asset classes and products.
Ensure the correct stakeholders and counterparties are set up in order to for the trading team to execute the clients trades.
Enhancement of the existing product offering
Develop the process end to end to ensure the product is the correct product and has follows the right process in accordance to the Group\'s Policies.
Provide workable solutions for streamline the current workflow
Creation of Bespoke products to meet the needs of Institutions and UHNWI
Work with Finance to capture the relevant MIS
Enhance the research portal infrastructure
Assist the Customer service team to implement a proper CRM system
Qualifications
University Graduate in a relevant discipline
Minimum 7 years\' experience in a financial institution with a minimum three years working in the capital markets field in relevant markets
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic/English
Experience in financial services marketing of capital market products
Comprehensive understanding of equity & capital markets and thorough understanding of their respective legal and regulatory framework.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Proven leadership and planning skills.
Strong collaboration, interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills at all levels.
Proven ability to analyse financial statements, companies\' performance, market economy and dissemination of relevant research.
