Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to set up and lead a transaction and transformation management function within LSDPM to act as the centre of excellence to (i) provide transaction management solutions for deals with credit insurance, sub-participations and secondary settlements and (ii) manage critical transformation relevant to LSDPM that are beyond the basic understanding levels of GCF business management teams.
Key Accountabilities: * To set up and run the transaction middle office for -
secondary loan closing
credit and political risk insurance
funded and unfunded risk participation
To lead the IBOR project till completion (IBOR project to start reporting to the individual)
continue to provide leadership to ensure successful closure (hours spent on the project to be logged in clarity for cost adjustments with the project)
gradual ramp down of IBOR project (expected to start from Q2 2024)
facilitate absorption of individuals to TTM team (or other Loan related front or back office function) based on merit
Lead various LSDPM projects
be the SPOC person for LSDPM (or in some cases the GCF-Loans teams) when coordinating with external project teams
take lead in ADGM Lending and insurance book set up and relevant licensing matters.
assist business in implementing new initiatives (e.g. OTD initiative related adjustment to RAROC models

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor\'s degree in finance / accounting / business or related discipline. MBA / CA and/or professional qualifications.
Proficient in English oral and written communication.
Good interpersonal, motivation, resource management and marketing-orientated skills
Minimum Experience
12 years\' relevant experience with at least 5 years in banking, in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the senior function.
Strategic thinker and agent for change
Good understandstanding of corporate and investment banking and the role of relevant enablement functions.
Proven track record of delivery of critical projects
