Job Description

Job Purpose

Directs the operations of FECs and theme parks across the Kingdom, generating operating income from entertainment and in-attraction activities.

Managerial Accountabilities Strategy Formulation Develop Attractions Operations strategy and business plans in alignment with the organization's strategy to ensure achieving the strategic objectives Develop the Attraction Operations objectives and scorecard in alignment with the unit objectives and score card to ensure achieving the organization overall objectives

Stakeholders' Relations Act as SEVEN's representative with local and international ventures and enterprises to establish and maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders within and outside the SEVEN

Budget Leads Attraction Operations budgeting process and budget on time submission to ensure its compliance with the budgeting policy Direct Attraction Operations budget utilization during the year across all related functions to ensure that spending is in alignment with the submitted and approved budget

Governance and Resilience Develop Attraction Operations policies and procedures and monitor implementation to ensure achieving function's operational excellence Direct Attraction Operations day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with approved policies & procedures

People Management Direct employee performance management processes within Attraction Operations function in alignment with the HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of employees' performance Direct performance evaluation process and validate its results within Attraction Operations function in alignment with HR policies & procedures to ensure appropriate and fair evaluation for Attraction Operations employees

Functional Accountabilities General Management Direct the financial performance, budget and structure development of one (or multiple FSAs) Direct key functional managers of the Attractions BU Direct the promotion and creation and implementation of strategy to grow the business Direct the provision of overall quality of FSAs to the customers

Commercial Direct the financial control activities and development of reports on FSA financial activities

Marketing Direct the leadership of destination marketing activities, organize FSAs events and manage the social media activities Direct the collection of adequate data and ensure transfer to marketing teams on BU level

Operations, Maintenance and HSE Direct the collaboration with facilities management teams sitting under Complexes to ensure adequate level of facilities management Direct the daily operations (conduct rides or entertainment unit) and ensure quality customer service Direct the investments in attraction elements when needed to improve their safety Direct the maintenance and certification of equipment to ensure it is always safe to use for customers

Communications & Working Relationships Board of Directors Division Leads Internal Audit Business support functions

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering or Operations 14 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years in a management role Previous experience in operations roles is preferred Experience in similar entities (Theme park, live theatre or production safety) is preferred
