Job Responsibilities:

Identify and equip suitable properties for hostels and guesthouses in the UAE. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to prepare the accommodation space. Manage budgets and implement optimal strategies to reduce costs and increase profits. Market and attract clients, optimize online bookings, and collaborate with platforms like Booking, Airbnb, and Hostelworld. Form and lead operational and service teams for daily hostel or guesthouse management. Attract travelers and develop advertising strategies to expand the business.

Requirements:

Experience in managing accommodation, tourism, or commercial projects. Skills in property acquisition, contract negotiation, and project implementation. Familiarity with marketing methods and client acquisition in the hostel or guesthouse industry. Ability to form and manage customer service and online booking teams. Proficiency in reservation platforms and digital advertising. Entrepreneurial mindset and a vision for long-term growth and development.
