Roles & Responsibilities:
Interactive, Digital & E-Marketing Execution
  • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
  • Create editorial calendars and align with stakeholders to ensure that relevant products are promoted on social media platforms.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (Cx team, buyers and store managers) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Produce consistent brand message across all the social media channels by adding local flavor
  • Oversee the management of a Blogger/Influencer outreach program and ensure the maintenance of an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Brand.
  • Monitor trends in online community tools, trends and applications.
  • Generate monthly reports and monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.
  • Work closely with team to ensure all content execution on online platforms is as per the brand guidelines.
  • Ensure that website is regularly updated with relevant information.
Brand Support & Execution:
  • Support in building and enhancing the brand Image of the concept in line with its concept objectives.
  • Execute advertising creatives for ensuring brand image is kept consistent within Middle East requirements. Creatives include magazine and newspaper adverts, billboard images, radio scripts and SMS
  • Manage all in-store creatives including generic, seasonal, promotional and sale POS
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer in managing the entire window process - sourcing suppliers and samples, completing allocations for all stores across.
  • Assist Graphic Designer in supplier and vendor management - approving samples, negotiating cost, new material development etc
  • Collate competitive research on window schemes, season launches, sales, promotions and offers
  • Help review the effectiveness of advertisement promotions and take corrective actions
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
  • Support in recommending store promotions in consultation with buyers/ retail operations/ corporate marketing
  • Forecast along with buyers / retail operations the increase in footfall sales during the concept's promotions
  • Ensure adherence to Concept brand / Brand Principal guidelines by conducting regular store brand audits
  • Prepare the LPOs (job orders) for the same and maintaining a monthly update to the 'spend vs. budget'
  • Conduct pre and post-seasonal analysis to provide inputs into planning of marketing activities

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Web / Online Content Design and Development Certification preferable
  • Creative blend of mind
  • Specific exposure to digital marketing, new media and e-channel management
  • Agency Management, Media Planning & Brand Management
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Experience managing external vendors (e.g. Google, Facebook) and agencies (e.g. media, social)
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Arabic knowledge is a plus
