Job Overview
As Executive (National Talent) in the Concierge team at Jumeirah Al Qasr, you will be responsible for supporting front-of-house guest services while maintaining smooth administrative operations. This role combines hospitality, coordination, and concierge desk support across one of Dubai's most luxurious resorts.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Concierge operations and maintain high levels of guest service
• Provide timely administrative support to ensure smooth departmental workflow
• Manage databases, coordinate supplies, and monitor equipment or materials
• Ensure the availability of guest amenities and front office logistics
• Collaborate with Concierge staff to ensure accurate communication and coordination
• Facilitate vendor interaction and internal communication for smooth execution of guest services

Job Requirements

• UAE National with valid Family Book documentation
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or front-office experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general admin tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable in guest-facing roles and internal coordination
