Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Creating innovative and appealing menus that align with the restaurant's concept and target audience.
Kitchen Management: Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Food Quality: Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.
Cost Control: Managing food costs, inventory, and waste to maximize profitability.
Kitchen Operations: Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety regulations, as well as food handling guidelines.

Culinary Expertise: Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, cuisines, and ingredients.
