EXECUTIVE CHEF \xe2\x80\x93 LUXURY BEACH CLUB DUBAI
Delighted to be working with this very high-profile restaurant group again who are opening up a Luxury Restaurant & Beach Club in Q1 2024.
Large and diverse operation with restaurant, club, pool and beach operation \xe2\x80\xa6 we need a super duper Exec Chef to set up, open and head up the kitchen for this awesome venue which is going to take Dubai by storm!
Our ideal candidate will be a Chef with a strong background in Italian / Mediterranean cooking and one who has worked in the luxury/lifestyle environment - high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants with new opening experience too.
Strong international experience is preferred, ideally to have worked in International food hubs around the world.
Must be able to manage a large multi-cultural kitchen team.
Salary Package Offered: Negotiable plus standard benefits like medical, flights etc
