Head Chef \xe2\x80\x93 Luxury Asian Restaurant, Dubai!
I am looking for a really good Asian / Oriental Head Chef for this elegant restaurant concept opening in Dubai Q4 \xe2\x80\x93 to start Q3!
We are looking for a talented Head Chef who has a passion for Asian or Oriental food \xe2\x80\x93 yes, experience in this style of cuisine is always beneficial, but we are also thinking outside of the box a little on this one \xe2\x80\xa6 interested in Mexican Fusion Chefs, Thai Chefs or those from Taiwan.
The ideal Candidate for this Head Chef role must be currently at Head Chef level for 3+ years and be able to manage a multi-cultural team of staff (around 20+)
Not only will you be a hands-on, highly skilled Chef but you will also be able to manage a kitchen with regards to costs, wastage, H&S, staff training and development.
Salary package Offered: Negotiable
