Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Butler for a VVIP Villa. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, maintain the highest standards of hospitality and discretion while attending to the needs of the household members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing personalized service to guests. Managing household duties including serving meals, running errands, and overseeing daily operations. Ensuring the smooth operation of the household. Preparing and serving beverages, meals, and snacks. Greeting guests, handling reservations, and managing their needs during visits. Overseeing the care and maintenance of the household's fine furnishings, linens, and silverware. Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining schedules and organizing travel arrangements. Managing laundry, wardrobe care, and packing/unpacking.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive situations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Experience with fine dining service, wardrobe management, and household management. Knowledge of household technology and modern conveniences is a plus.
