We are looking for a professional and well-organized
Personal Assistant (Female)
to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, calls, and confidential information with discretion.
Maintain and organize important files, documents, and data records.
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and other office documents.
Assist in organizing and coordinating business meetings and travel itineraries.
Accompany the Director to meetings within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Be available to travel internationally when required.
Provide general administrative and personal assistance as needed.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Highly organized, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
Must be flexible to travel between
Abu Dhabi and Dubai
, and internationally when required.
