Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the GCEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate high-level meetings and events, including Board and Executive Committee sessions.
Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
Maintain organized filing systems and follow up on key projects and action items.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, supporting C-level executives.
Strong background in corporate or financial institutions is highly preferred.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong document drafting and presentation skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Arabic and English.
With a valid Qatar Driving License and own vehicle.
