Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. LIN SCAN is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including handling highly confidential matters. Key Responsibilities & Authorities

Manage electronic mails: read, prioritize, and respond to urgent messages. Coordinate and report office issues to the CEO. Delegate tasks and give instructions to HODs and staff on behalf of the CEO. Maintain confidentiality of corporate information. Report malfunctions, irregular activities, and anomalies to top management. Greet and accommodate CEOaEUR(TM)s guests and visitors at all levels. Draft, review, and revise correspondence. Screen incoming calls and handle internal communications. Coordinate HR and finance-related approvals and issues. Manage petty cash and monitor daily balances. Maintain and update the CEOaEUR(TM)s schedule, contacts, and files. Arrange travel plans, including flights and accommodations. Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items. Represent the CEO in delegated capacities during absence. Issue official correspondence and initiate corrective actions when needed. Skills & Experience

BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree (preferred). Over 5 yearsaEUR(TM) experience supporting senior management. Proficient in MS Office applications. Confidentiality and discretion in handling information. Experience working across cultures. Attention to detail, multitasking, and strong communication skills. Physical & Mental Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Mobility to navigate within refinery or plant environments. Effective communication skills. Focus, multitasking, and ability to wear safety equipment when required. Sufficient mobility and reflexes for office duties and travel. About PIPECARE Group
