Position: FULL-TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Salary: AED 2,500 - 2,800 (with performance-based increments)
Location: Dubai / Hybrid
Availability: Immediate Start
Belvedere Marketing & PR and Belmond Media Group are seeking a highly competent, emotionally mature, and professionally confident Executive Assistant to support the Founder across day-to-day business operations, events, client communication, and internal team coordination. This is a full-time, hybrid (80% remote, 20% office/events/client meetings) career-building role with significant growth potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMIN & OPERATIONS
Calendar management & scheduling Email handling, drafting, and follow-ups Creating agendas, minutes, and summaries Task coordination, Notion and ClickUp management Ensuring deadlines are met across departments Tracking deliverables and sending reminders Handling documents, files, contracts, and communication logs
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Responding to clients professionally Coordinating approvals, queries, and updates Preparing briefs, summaries, and follow-ups
EVENTS & EXTERNAL REPRESENTATION
Attending events with or without the Founder Managing guest lists, communication, and logistics Representing the company confidently and professionally
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Ensuring internal team is meeting deadlines Coordinating across departments Following up on tasks without hesitation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
