to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily agenda.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Prepare meeting agendas, draft minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
Organize and manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Draft, review, and format reports, presentations, and business documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role supporting top-level executives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
