Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Communication Management:
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other correspondence.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and manage travel schedules, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Document Preparation:
Draft reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Office Administration:
Support general administrative tasks and liaise with internal teams.
Task Prioritization:
Anticipate the CEO's needs and manage priorities proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
