We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
Executive Assistant
to support our CEO in managing daily operations, strategic priorities, and confidential matters. The ideal candidate will possess
exceptional English communication skills
, strong business acumen, and proven experience in managing complex tasks with precision and discretion.
This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and the discipline to execute multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support
Manage the CEO's
calendar, appointments, and travel
with accuracy and foresight.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to
emails, calls, and correspondence
on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare
briefing notes, presentations, and reports
for internal and external meetings.
2. Communication & Liaison
Draft and proofread high-quality business correspondence, proposals, and official communications.
Serve as the primary
point of contact
between the CEO's office and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
3. Task & Project Management
Track and follow up on
CEO's action items
, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate cross-departmental tasks, ensuring alignment with CEO's directives.
Monitor deadlines, commitments, and deliverables, proactively flagging risks or delays.
4. Meeting Coordination
Organize, prepare agendas, and record minutes for high-level meetings.
Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements with required materials and insights.
5. Strategic Assistance
Conduct research, analyze information, and provide concise
executive summaries
for decision-making.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
5+ years
as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Language Skills:
Exceptional
written and spoken English
; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Odoo).
