Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
:
Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
Communication & Coordination
:
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications; prioritize and respond as appropriate.
Liaise with departments, clients, and partners to ensure timely flow of information.
Travel & Logistics
:
Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
Prepare expense reports and handle reimbursement processes.
Meeting & Event Support
:
Organize board meetings, internal reviews, and executive-level gatherings.
Take minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of action items.
Project Assistance
:
Support the executive in managing key projects and deadlines.
Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in an executive support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the hospitality industry or supporting C-level executives.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and expense management software.
