Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must have a background in
Interior Design
.
Preferably an
Engineer
by experience.
Proven experience in
Business Development
, specifically in building and managing partnerships with related companies.
Ability to establish and maintain strong
external collaborations and strategic alliances
.
Strong
administrative skills
to support operational and coordination tasks.
Capable of balancing
technical, commercial, and administrative responsibilities
effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and complex travel arrangements
Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and briefing documents
Handle confidential correspondence and official communications with discretion
Screen, prioritize, and manage communications on behalf of the Executive Office
Operational & Strategic Coordination
Liaise with internal departments to align with leadership priorities
Prepare executive summaries, business reports, and project updates
Attend meetings when required, manage minutes, and track follow-ups
Support strategic initiatives and special leadership projects
Travel, Events & Office Coordination
Organize domestic and international travel, visas, and logistics
Coordinate executive participation in meetings, conferences, and corporate events
Maintain organized records, databases, and executive documentation
Communicate professionally with senior stakeholders, partners, and external entities
