Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEO's daily schedule, composing correspondence, preparing expense reports, and supporting business needs. The role involves managing internal and external communications, scheduling meetings, organizing events, and ensuring the smooth running of the executive office operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison and maintain confidentiality while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Proficiency in diary management and organizing the CEO's schedule Competence in preparing and managing expense reports Strong expertise in Administrative Assistance and managing office operations Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
