We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires a strategic thinker, a master of time and priorities, and someone who can thrive in a fast-paced executive environment. You will act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders while managing all executive-level administrative responsibilities with utmost confidentiality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, travel, and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
Prepare executive reports, meeting briefs, and presentation materials.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate board meetings, executive retreats, and high-level corporate events.
Serve as gatekeeper and point of contact between CEO and senior leadership teams.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met across departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
