- Plan and manage an active calendar of the COO\xe2\x80\x99s appointment by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and events internally and externally
- Arrange the COO travels, booking tickets, accommodation, transports, and arranging for required foreign currency for the COO and his fellow travelers
- Take minute during the COO\xe2\x80\x99s meetings and do documenting as required
- Handle sensitive and confidential correspondence and documents
- Remind the COO of important tasks and deadlines
- Remind and support Managing Director in his commitments to internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media for the Management
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate all public relations activities that related to Management office
- Previous UAE experience in a similar role supporting C Suite Executives/Directors
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and one additional language
- Degree in Business Administration or Communications
- Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
