Ensure all meetings, events, and logistics are flawlessly executed
Run day-to-day
office operations
and team coordination
Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence
Leverage your
accounting/finance background
to support smarter decisions
Liaise with internal departments and high-level external stakeholders
What You Bring:
8+ years
supporting C-Level executives at the highest level
Ability to
make informed decisions
and act autonomously
A natural
multi-tasker
with bulletproof organizational skills
Fully
bilingual in English & Arabic
(spoken and written)
Strong background in accounting or finance
Willingness and availability to
travel internationally
with the Owner
