Infinity Properties is a new brokerage firm established in Dubai with an aggressive growth plan. We have decades long relationships with many of the developers, investors and other stakeholders in the UAE real estate industry and will create value for all stakeholders of the industry by leveraging our capital, expertise and relationships to capitalize on existing and future opportunities. We are hiring individuals who are proven and enjoy the challenge of building from the ground up. Because of the startup nature, you will be required to wear multiple hats at times and there will be growing pains as usual therefore resilience, adaptivity and agility are key attribute you must possess. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative and clerical support in the office / site office
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Maintain executive\xe2\x80\x99s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Communicate and liaise with clients, suppliers and other internal stakeholders;
Carry out specific projects, background research and present findings;
Responsible of a petty cash and some minor accounting duties;
Lead admin team for general services such as office maintenance, visas, licenses, permits
Draft letters, purchase orders, work orders, request for proposals and other related task in this matter
Manage other staff or visitors, on phone or in person, if required
Review each document for conformity and accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree Minimum of 3 years executive/top management level secretarial/assistant experience Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand. Strong administrative and personal assistant skills with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, an effective planner with proven time management skills is necessary; attention to detail, personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility with great team liaison skills Experienced in interacting with multiple stakeholders at any given point in time. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (mandarin) Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
