Full time Executive personal assistant performs various administrative tasks and supports the CEO. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO. Responsibilities;
Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Organizing events and trainings
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Produce/prepare documentation for the CEO, including confidential material;
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Overall all business administration tasks
Required skills;
Experience in the same position minimum of 2 years
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
