This position is responsible for providing executive level administrative support to the Senior Managing Directors of Forensic and Litigation and Economic Financial Consulting. This position is expected to work with limited direction from the executive, executing significant discretion, confidence and judgment in all aspects of their role.
What You\'ll Do
Scheduling of appointments and maintenance of busy calendars with ability to make self-directed decisions regarding scheduling for multiple Senior Managing Directors
Organising travel and processing visas for the team
Managing the invoice process for vendors and clients
Assisting the team with any queries relating to projects, systems and any other adhoc requests
Compiling financial reports
Salesforce - conflict checks, logging business development activity
Work In Progress (WIP) reports
Responsible for ensuring invoices are issued in a timely manner, working closely with the Finance Team
Liaising with the Legal Team to ensure contract changes, NDAs, etc are accurate and up to date
Qualifications & Experience
Proven ability to work and make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties with very limited direction from the Executive
Ability to discern and communicate with the highest level of tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing to key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Ability to follow complex written and verbal instruction
Strong interpersonal skills to persuade and build consensus and cooperation
Ability to work under time pressure and be available as needed by the Executive
Top level detail, organisational, and logical skills
Ability to handle the highest level of confidential issues sensitively
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
3 to 5 years experience of executive level support within The UAE
Strong verbal and written english skills.
