Our client: A well-established FMCG company in the region is looking for a super energized, matured professional who can effectively manage the push, pull and sometimes ambiguous circumstances\xe2\x80\xa6which can take place when you are the custodian of the front desk leading to the \xe2\x80\x9ckey man\xe2\x80\x9d in the organization.
Your role: As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be required to provide a high level of professional administrative support as well as manage and coordinate a number of events and activities that will arise on an on-going basis. Be a key person within the organization; entail liaison and communication with organizations and associations on both a national and international basis. While having responsibility for the day to day management of a very busy senior executive, you will be expected to understand the industry and the dynamic of the organization and its role for the members as well as the sector generally. Manage and maintain the CEO\'s complex diary, conferences, reports and presentation as well as email correspondence, filtering and highlight urgent matters requiring the CEO\'s attention.
Must haves: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration with at least 6+ years of experience in similar role. You will have very strong and proven experience of working as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager/Secretary to a busy executive, in a fast moving client driven environment. You will require having an excellent command in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office package primarily, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work to tight deadlines and has ability to multi-task. Well-organized, proactive and has ability to think laterally. Must have an excellent interpersonal skills with ability to show high level of confidence, professionalism and maturity at all times.
