The Role
We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for an Executive Assistant to the CFO for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our clients offers of broad range of commercial properties, including recreational, facilities; innovation and technology hubs, retail outlets; eclectic food and beverage offerings. This role will be responsible for a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer, a great deal of initiative is required and the responsibilities will extend into the coordination of key tasks, presentation preparation, checking and formulating approval requests concisely, to ensure timely approvals.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or other degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Over 5 years of experience working in executive assistance activities in the UAE preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous experience in real estate-related companies is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong proficiency in the English language is essential. PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong application of initiative and \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess tact, and diplomacy and have the ability to maintain confidentiality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of performing bookkeeping tasks is preferred.
