Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive and administrative support to management.
Manage reception duties, including handling calls and visitors.
Organize agendas, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
Draft and manage official letters and correspondence.
Handle general office administration and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
Arabic speaker (required).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in basic office and administrative tools.
Salary Range: 4,000 - 6,000 AED
