Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor's / Master's degree in Management, along with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in core administration-- event management, health insurance management, travel management, managing receptionists, transportation, leave and attendance management etc. within reputed organizations / institutions in the UAE or GCC.
The candidate must have excellent written and spoken English skills, along with strong proficiency in MS Office and experience using ERP systems. The role requires strong emotional and physical resilience, including the ability to demonstrate patience, manage stress effectively, and maintain composure in challenging situations.
The selected candidate will also be required to work with, coordinate and cooperate with the HR team closely.
A recognized certification in event management as well as fluency in spoken Arabic, will be considered an advantage.
Age should be less than 35 years.
