What You'll Do
Manage and document
all project related files and correspondences.
Schedule and analyze reports and timelines in
Primavera P6

Conduct
site condition inspection
and prepare a report based on it for stakeholder evaluation.
Review contracts, LPO's and payment slips
and issue them based on priority and approvals.
Prepare
presentations
for meetings and
manage agenda
.
Make decisive calls on
variations and project delays as per schedule
.
Prepare
progress reports, inspections
, and quality documentation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
, Architecture, or related field.
4+ years' proven experience
in scheduling and documentation (UAE experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills
to manage and document project files, correspondences, and records accurately.
Proficiency in Primavera P6
for scheduling, tracking, and analyzing project timelines and reports.
Attention to detail
in conducting site inspections and preparing clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
Good understanding of contracts and procurement
to review and process LPOs, payment slips, and approvals efficiently.
Excellent communication skills
to prepare presentations, manage meeting agendas, and coordinate with project teams.
Decisive problem-solver
capable of addressing variations and delays with sound technical and scheduling judgment.
Experience in reporting and documentation
, including progress updates, inspections, and quality control records.
