The Execution Trader is critical for translating proprietary system signals into real-time market actions on spot gold (XAU/USD). This role demands absolute discipline and focus, as the trader does not engage in independent analysis or strategy development. Your sole responsibility is the flawless, timely, and compliant entry and management of trades according to pre-approved algorithmic instructions. This ensures maximum efficiency and minimises execution risk, serving as the final, vital operational link in our trading chain. Success is measured entirely by the accuracy and quality of trade fulfilment against established system parameters. Essential Qualifications 1. Proven experience in a high-pressure trading environment or a role demanding extreme data input accuracy and technical proficiency. 2. Demonstrable technical command of professional trading platforms (Mainly MT4/MT5) and order management systems (OMS). 3. Strong understanding of market microstructure, slippage, and liquidity concepts relevant to spot gold instruments. Relevant Skills 1.
