We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrator to oversee daily office operations and provide support across departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
Handle communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
Provide general support to staff
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
