At AMANA, we have combined our machineries, equipment, and vehicles under one unit to operate and manage called APU. AMANA Plant Unit uses construction technology, a collection of innovative tools, machinery, and software to make our construction sites safe and enhance employees & fleet efficiency. It has allowed us to increase productivity, improve collaboration and tackle complex site requirements with ease across our project portfolio.

AMANA\xe2\x80\x99s Logistics Unit manages and is responsible for preparatory work and operations necessary to move personnel, equipment and supplies conducting all the mobilization and de-mobilization activities across our projects. ALU ensures the availability of store materials and consumable items prior to proceeding to external suppliers and is structured to recondition, repair and maintain our assets.

Current Vacancies:

1. Mechanics

We have available positions for Mechanics who will be required to carry out inspections and maintenance work of all equipment/machineries and vehicles.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Higher secondary in relevant courses.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Behavioral Skills: Professional development, team work, customer service, attention to detail, time management.

Technical Skills: Computer skills, negotiating and communications skills in English language (read, write and speak)

2. Logistics Officers

Our Logistics Officers support the overall management of daily logistics task related to stores /camps and equipment within a project.

Educational Qualifications: University degree. Preferred in Business Administration, Management or related field. Requirement can be waived in lieu of appropriate direct experience in logistics activities.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics management at a well-established organization.

Behavioral Skills: Communication skills, team work, process excellence, results orientation, adaptability, execution excellence, professional development, time management, customer service.

Technical Skills: Good knowledge in common contract conditions format, computer skills, commercial skills, communication skills in English/Arabic (read, write and speak)

3. Camp Boss

To run all the daily activities in the labour accommodation in compliance with government, company and camp rules and regulations.

Educational Qualifications: High School Certificate or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.

Behavioral Skills: Problem solving, adaptability, diversity, cultural awareness, safety management.

Technical Skills: Ability to prepare numerical reports, Communication Skills in English and Urdu languages are a must (read, write and speak)

4. Foreman (Civil)

To execute assigned works timeously, ensuring productivity and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company\xe2\x80\x99s safety practices and manpower productivity. To assign and efficiently distribute available resources and materials.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering is a plus.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.

Behavioral Skills: Team work, process excellence, execution excellence, leadership and results orientation.

Technical Skills: Interpret drawings, mathematical skills and communications skills in English language read, write and speak).
