You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the exchange, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing trading processes to enhance customer experience and profitability. Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the exchange platform, ensuring its smooth functioning and uninterrupted service. - Oversee order matching, trade execution, and settlement processes to maintain operational efficiency. - Implement and maintain trading algorithms, ensuring accurate pricing and order execution. - Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure the exchange\'s compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate regulatory risks. - Collaborate with legal advisors and regulatory bodies to address compliance issues and maintain necessary licenses. - Implement robust security measures to safeguard customer funds and sensitive information. - Provide timely and efficient customer support to address inquiries, issues, and complaints from users. - Educate customers on trading processes, platform features, and risk management practices. - Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through personalized assistance and proactive communication. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to attract new users and expand the customer base. - Identify partnership opportunities with other financial institutions, service providers to enhance the exchange\'s offerings. - Generate regular reports on trading volumes, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the exchange\'s performance. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize trading processes. - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Desired profile: - Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (more than 5 years) in exchange operations, trading, or financial services, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trading technologies. - In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements governing financial markets and exchanges. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in trading platforms, order management systems, and market data analysis tools. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams and drive results. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct in financial services. - Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
