- Utilize return and exchange data to identify product faults, safety concerns, or transportation issues
- Guide and train team members to enhance customer service and operational effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports for reconciliation and business insights
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
