About the Role

Top Talents International is expanding its in-house event division, and we're looking for a creative, organized, and business-minded Events & Venue Development Coordinator to lead the creation and execution of events under our brand.

This person will play a key role in developing partnerships with venues, designing event concepts, coordinating artists and production, and ensuring smooth execution - not only for their own events but also supporting others in the team.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Development & Partnerships

Identify, approach, and secure collaborations with venues (clubs, lounges, hotels, rooftops, etc.) Negotiate deals for events with revenue through ticketing, consumption, sponsorships, or buyouts Maintain strong ongoing relationships with venue managers and F&B teams

Event Creation & Planning

Plan events from concept to execution (theme, lineup, decor, logistics, marketing support) Coordinate with DJs, dancers, hosts, performers, and production teams Source decor and manage suppliers in collaboration with our internal team Track event budgets and ensure profitability

Event Execution & Support

Be physically present at events to ensure setup and execution are on point
Support in-house and client events sold by the sales team

Act as the main point of contact for the venue and entertainment team during the event

Ideal Profile

Proven experience in nightlife, event production, or entertainment Strong knowledge of the UAE market and its venues Highly organized, creative, and great at multitasking Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Fluent in English ? Must have a valid UAE driver's license ? Must have own UAE visa (freelance/spouse/partner visa) Well-presented, proactive, and aligned with premium hospitality standards
