You will lead and execute external and internal B2B Corporate events.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in event planning and logistics, and can independently manage timelines, vendors, and cross-functional coordination to deliver impactful, professional experiences.

• Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality corporate, client-facing, and internal events that align with the Freezone's brand and business objectives.
• Manage all event operations end-to-end, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, approvals, and post-event evaluation.
• Work cross-functionally with departments including Client Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and execution.
• Take full ownership of event deliverables such as giveaways, branding, AV setup, registration systems, feedback tools, and reporting templates.
• Maintain a structured event calendar and ensure internal awareness and preparedness for all planned activities.
• Track, report, and improve on event performance metrics such as participation, engagement, lead generation, and experience ratings.

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event planning and delivery in corporate or B2B Events company or agency.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines under pressure.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Professional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
